Pre-Purchase Examination

The pre-purchase examination provides the most thorough examination that most horses will ever receive. We use all areas of expertise to provide information to our clients about their potential purchase. Further diagnostics can be provided as to prognostic indicator as to joint and soft tissue health. Every pre-purchase is unique to the needs of the potential buyer and proposed discipline, but all will be extremely thorough. A pass fail is rarely provided during a pre-purchase exam in our practice, rather a general look at the possibilities that may be in the animals’ future as well as the cost of maintenance one may expect. We will always provide an honest accurate assessment of an animal to be pre-purchased.
